Nick Robertson has a PhD in Bioengineering and has spent seven years in the kombucha industry. He started Rare Combinations to solve a problem he had himself: no practical way to test alcohol on-site. Since then he has worked with breweries of all sizes on alcohol compliance, fermentation troubleshooting, and QC system design.
